- Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days through the original payment method or as store credit.
- Delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Wrong Item
- Customers must check the product carefully in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery.
- If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please inform us immediately and share proof (photo/video).
- We will arrange a replacement or a refund (including shipping, if approved).
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
