1. Returns & Exchanges
    • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  2. Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
    • Refunds are processed within 7 working days through the original payment method or as store credit.
    • Delivery charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
  3. Damaged or Wrong Item
    • Customers must check the product carefully in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery.
    • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please inform us immediately and share proof (photo/video).
    • We will arrange a replacement or a refund (including shipping, if approved).
